Privacy policy
This explains what we collect about you and about your guests, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.
Please read this carefully. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it in plain words.
1.Who we are
BLISS operates this platform from Skopje, North Macedonia, and is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at hello@bliss.mk about anything on this page.
2.What we collect from you
The account details you give us — your name, email address and, if you provide one, your phone number — together with the wedding details you enter: names, date, venue, schedule, dress code and the text of your invitation.
3.What we collect about your guests
The names, phone numbers and, where you provide them, email addresses that you upload. When a guest replies we also store their answer: whether they are coming, how many people, meal preference, transport, song request and any message they write to you.
4.Why we hold it
Only to deliver the service you bought: to build your invitation, to send it to the people on your list, and to show you the replies. We do not use your data or your guests' data for advertising, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not use it to train models.
5.Who we share it with
Phone numbers are passed to our messaging provider solely to deliver your invitations, and to our hosting provider as part of storing your data. Both act on our instructions only. Nobody else receives your guest list.
6.How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists, plus the hosting period in your package. You can delete a wedding at any time from your account, which permanently removes its guests, phone numbers, RSVPs and photos. Deleting your account removes everything.
7.Photos
Photos uploaded through a QR gallery belong to you and the guests who took them. They are stored encrypted and are visible only to people with your gallery link. We never license them, publish them, or use them for anything else.
8.Cookies
We set one cookie to remember which language you chose and one to keep you logged in. There is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site.
9.Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will act within 30 days. Write to hello@bliss.mk. If you are unhappy with our answer you may complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia.
10.Telling your guests
When you upload a guest list, you confirm you have a legitimate reason to hold those numbers — that these are people you are inviting to your wedding. Any guest can ask us to remove their record by replying to us directly.
