Terms of service
These are the terms you agree to when you buy a BLISS package and send invitations to your guests.
Please read this carefully. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it in plain words.
1.The agreement
By creating an account and buying a package, you agree to these terms. If you are buying on behalf of a couple, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2.What you are buying
A designed digital invitation, a dashboard to manage guests and RSVPs, and the delivery and hosting included in the package you chose. The exact contents of each package are listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
3.Approval and revisions
We build your invitation from the brief you give us and send you a private preview. Revisions are included until the design is approved. Substantial changes after approval — a new date, a new venue, a redesign — may be quoted separately.
4.Payment
Packages are one-time payments and include VAT. Work begins once payment is received. Nothing renews automatically and there is no subscription.
5.Refunds
Before we begin design work, you can cancel for a full refund. Once your invitation has been designed and sent to you for preview, the design work is non-refundable, but any unused SMS bundle is refunded in full.
6.Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload — names, photos, text and music. You confirm you have the right to use it, including any photograph of another person. We use it only to build and run your invitation.
7.Your guest list
You are responsible for the accuracy of the numbers you upload and for having a legitimate reason to contact those people. Messages are sent for your wedding only. Using the platform to send marketing or bulk unrelated messages will end your account without refund.
8.Delivery
We deliver to the numbers you provide, through WhatsApp with SMS as fallback. Delivery depends on mobile networks and on the guest's device, so we cannot guarantee that any individual message arrives. Your dashboard shows what was delivered and what failed so you can correct and resend.
9.Hosting
Your invitation stays online for the hosting period in your package — 90 days after the event, one year, or permanently on Forever. We will always warn you by email before anything is taken down, and you can extend at any time.
10.Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We will not be liable for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11.Our liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your package. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12.Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia, and disputes fall to the courts of Skopje.
